The CADAC Pizzastein Pro 30 is ideal for the CADAC Safari Chef but can also be used on other gas and electric grills or in ovens. This 12 mm thick pizza stone features a built-in heat distributor for optimal heat flow and even distribution, withstanding temperatures up to 300°C.

Made from heat-resistant Cordierite, the stone draws moisture from the dough, ensuring a crispy pizza crust like from a traditional pizzeria. In addition to pizza, the stone is perfect for baking bread, focaccia, croissants, or calzones.

The cooking surface is ø 25 cm, and the pizza stone comes with a handy carry and storage bag.
