The controls elements are an important accessory to the inverters. The control and adjustment of the inverter is greatly simplified by the control elements. The reason for this is the comprehensible structure of them. Through the control elements processes between two devices can run smoothly - and that according to your previously set needs.
Battery protection Smart BatteryProtect The Smart BatteryProtect disconnects the battery from the less important loads before it is completely discharged (which would damage it) or before it no longer has enough energy to start the engine. By using Bluetooth to program the Smart BatteryProtect, all required on/off thresholds can be set. Alternatively, one of nine preset on/off thresholds can be set using the programming pin (see manual). If necessary, the Bluetooth function can be turned off. Protects the battery from deep discharge and can be used as a system on/off switch. Setting for lithium-ion batteries In this mode, the BatteryProtect can be controlled by the VE.Bus BMS. Note: The BatteryProtect can also be used as a charge interrupter between a battery charger and a lithium-ion battery. See connection diagram in the manual. Extremely low power consumption This is important in the case of lithium-ion batteries, especially after shutdown due to low voltage level. Please refer to our lithium-ion battery data sheet and the VE.Bus BMS manual for more information. Overvoltage protection To prevent sensitive loads from being damaged by an overvoltage, the load is switched off whenever the DC voltage exceeds the value of 16.3 V or 32.6 V, respectively. Delayed alarm output The alarm output is activated when the battery voltage drops below the preset value for shutdown for more than 12 seconds. Therefore, turning on the engine will not activate the alarm. The alarm output is a short-circuit protected open collector output connected to the negative (minus) rail. Max. Current 50 mA. The alarm output is normally used to activate an audible signal, LED or relay. Delayed load disconnection and delayed reconnection The load is turned off 90 seconds after the battery voltage drops below the preset threshold. If the battery voltage rises again to the threshold for connection within this period (after the motor has been started, for example), the load is not switched off.the load is switched on again 30 seconds after the battery voltage exceeds the preset threshold for reconnection.

Victron System Monitoring Color Control GX The Venus GX provides intuitive operation and monitoring of all Victron power systems. The list of Victron products that can be connected to it is almost endless: inverters, multis, quattros, MPPT solar chargers, BMV, Lynx Ion + Shunt and even more devices. VRM Online Portal Apart from monitoring and operating devices on-site directly on the CCGX, the readings are also forwarded to our free website for remote monitoring: the VRM Online Portal. To get a first impression, try the demo version at https://vrm.victronenergy.com. Remote Console on the VRM The CCGX can be monitored, controlled and configured remotely via the Internet. It's like standing right in front of the device. It can also be operated completely remotely. The same functionality is also available on the local network, the Remote Console on the LAN. Automatic unit start/stop An extremely flexible start/stop system. Use of charge, voltage, load and even more parameters. Specific settings can be set for rest periods and optionally a monthly test run. The heart of the ESS Energy Storage System The CCGX is the energy manager in an ESS. Data loggingIf the system is connected to the Internet, all data is sent to the VRM portal. If no internet connection is available, the CCGX stores data internally for up to 48 hours. Even more data can be stored by inserting a micro SD card or USB flash drive. These files can be uploaded to the VRM portal or converted offline for analysis using the VictronConnect app. Internet connection The CCGX can be connected to the Internet with an Ethernet cable and via Wi-Fi. To connect it via Wi-Fi, a Wi-Fi USB accessory is required. The CCGX does not have an internal cellular modem: there is no slot for a sim card. Use a standard GPRS or 3G router instead.

It works on 2G, 3G and 4G networks and includes a built-in GPS receiver. When the optional GPS antenna is installed, the system can be both located and geographically constrained via the VRM portal.Note that many telecom operators are in the process of shutting down their 3G networks.
The Victron Energy Dual Terminal Stud M8-linked set red/ black are used for high current distribution and also serve as connections for batteries or DC devices. Technical data Connection bolt: 8mm Max. current carrying capacity: 150A Dimensions (H/W/D): 45 x 43 x 32 mm Weight: 0.07 kg
Victron Lynx Shunt VE.Can The Lynx Shunt VE.Can is an intelligent 1000 A shunt (shunt resistor) with a provision for a fuse. With the built-in battery monitor, the battery state of charge can be accurately monitored. Use a GX device (e.g. Cerbo GX) to read the information. Part of the Lynx modular distribution system.
Victron Lynx Distributor A modular DC busbar with provisions for four DC fuses. It monitors the status of each fuse and indicates their respective states via an LED on the front panel. Part of the Lynx modular distribution system.
Battery Monitor BMV-712 Smart With integrated Bluetooth With its built-in Bluetooth, the BMV Smart is ready for the age of the "Internet of Things" (IdD). Most other Victron Energy products have Bluetooth as well. Wireless communication between products thus simplifies system installation and improves performance. Download the Victron Bluetooth App Using a smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, Adjust settings, view all important data on one screen view history data, and Update to the latest software when new features are available. Easy installation All electrical connections are made to the current shunt using the PCB connector. The shunt is connected to the monitor via a standard RJ12 telephone cable. Included in delivery: RJ 12 cable (10 m) and battery cable with fuse (2 m); No other components are required. Also included are a separate front panel for a square or round display; a safety ring for rear mounting and screws for front mounting Monitoring the midpoint voltage One damaged cell or battery can destroy an entire large, expensive battery bank. When batteries are connected in series, measuring the midpoint voltage can provide a timely warning. Please also refer to the BMV manual, section 5.2 for more information. We recommend our Battery Balancer (BMS012201000) to maximize the life of lead-acid batteries connected in series. Very low current consumption from the battery Current consumption: 0.7 Ah per month (1 mA) at 12 V and 0.6 Ah per month (0.8 mA) at 24 V In particular, lithium-ion batteries have almost no capacity left when they are discharged to the point of shutdown due to low voltage. After shutdown due to low voltage, the reserve capacity of a lithium-ion battery is approximately 1 Ah per 1000 Ah of battery capacity. The battery will be damaged if the remaining reserve capacity is drawn from the battery. For example, a residual current of 10 mA can damage a 200 Ah battery if the system is left in a discharged state for over 8 days. Bistable alarm relay Prevents increased current draw in the event of an alarm. Other features Battery voltage, current, power, amp-hours used and state of charge. Remaining run time at current discharge rate. Programmable visual and audible alarm. Programmable relay to disconnect nonessential loads or turn on generator if needed. One 500 amp quick connect shunt and connection kit. Shunt capacity selectable up to 10,000 amps. VE.Direct communication port Stores a wide range of history data that can be used to evaluate usage patterns and battery condition. Wide input voltage range: 9.5 - 95 V High current measurement resolution 10 mA (0.01 A)

The ET112 (for single-phase operation with max. 100 A) and the ET340 (for three-phase operation with max. 65 A) are energy meters usually used in energy storage systems. The EM24 is designed to monitor three-phase operating modes only. There is one EM24 meter model for RS485 connection and one that can be connected via Ethernet. All ET models are connectable via RS485. This is used to measure the power and energy of the entire application in the distribution box.It can also be used to measure the output of a PV inverter. The data is then displayed on the Color Control GX and VRM Portal.
