Is a pizza stone, ideally suited for the CADAC Citi Chef 40, E-Braai and Carri Chef 40, but can also be used with other gas, electric grills or ovens.
The 12mm thick pizza stone, has a built-in heat spreader for optimal heat development and distribution under your pizza and withstands temperatures up to 300°C.
The stone is made of heat-resistant cordierite, which removes moisture from the dough. This is particularly advantageous because, so you get a delicious crispy pizza crust like the Italian.
Of course, you can also bake bread, a focaccia, croissants or a calzone on the stone, because the stone is versatile.
